A deposit of $395 per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Final payments must be received by Whole Planet Tours & Conferences, LLC no later than 11/6/2008. Whole Planet Tours & Conferences reserves the right to resell the program without notice if final payment has not been received by dates outlined above.

Staterooms
Of Costa Fortuna's 1,358 cabins, more than 60% of accommodations have an ocean view and, of those, 60% have balconies. Balconies have chairs and tables, and dividers can be unlocked to connect some cabins. Every cabin has adequate closet and drawer-shelf storage, as well as bathroom shelves. Suites have a generous walk-in closet, separate seating areas, marble bathrooms with whirlpool baths, and a double-wide balcony.
Amenities: Light-wood cabinetry, soft pastel decor, mirrored accents, Murano glass lighting fixtures, a small refrigerator, a personal safe, a hair dryer, and a sitting area with a sofa, chair, and table are typical for ocean-view cabins and suites. Inside cabins have ample room, but sitting areas consist only of a small table and chairs.
Bathrooms: Bathroom extras include shampoo and bath gel in shower-mounted dispensers. Additional features include a whirlpool tub and double sink. Suite passengers also enjoy an enhanced room-service menu.
Worth Noting: Well-designed lifeboat placement ensures unobstructed sea views from all outside cabin windows. Eight staterooms are designed for wheelchair accessibility.

Travel Program Does Not Include
Airfare, transfers, shore excursions, alcoholic beverages, soda, spa services, items of a personal nature including laundry, telephone calls, excess baggage charges, accident and baggage insurance, passports, and any item not specifically listed as included. Airport taxes in the USA or abroad, tips to drivers/guides etc.
Air / Sea Packages

Travel Documents
A valid passport is required for all air or sea travel in the Western Hemisphere. It is the responsibility of the tour participant to make sure all his/her travel documents are in order, including any visas, if needed. Please contact your consulate for advice.
Program Participation
Whole Planet Tours & Conferences reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a program participant and to expel anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

Trip Cancellation Insurance is an important travel investment. Whole Planet Tours & Conferences is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of luggage and /or personal belongings, or for personal injury accidents, and/or illness. For your protection, it is important that you have, or purchase adequate insurance to cover these possibilities.

Changes/Cancellations
$150.00 processing fee for cancellations from booking to August 20, 2008
50% per person for cancellations from August 21 to September 20, 2008
75% per person for cancellations from September 21 to November 6, 2008
100% per person for cancellations after November 6, 2008
A $100.00 per person change fee will be assessed for any and every change involving names, pre and post packages and/or departure cities that are made within 60 days of sailing.
Whole Planet Tours & Conferences reserves the right to cancel the program, in which case all monies received from program participants shall be refunded. Whole Planet Tours & Conferences’ liability is limited to refunds of monies received.
Responsibility
Whole Planet Tours & Conferences acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation, or other services. All coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by Whole Planet Tours & Conferences acts only as agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, ship lines, or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation, and tickets issued by Whole Planet Tours & Conferences are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation, or any other service are provided. By the acceptance of tour membership and/or such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets, the tour member agrees to the foregoing, and also agrees that neither Whole Planet Tours & Conferences nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise, in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities de jure or de facto, wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of, or changes in, itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of Whole Planet Tours & Conferences nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses, or liability sustained or incurred, by the tour member as a result of the foregoing causes.
